Nota de Cata:
Vista: Amarillo suave, transparente, reflejos verdosos, muy brillante.
Nariz: Aromas citricos, frutados y herbaceao.
Boca:De gran estructura, buena acidez, algo mineral.

 

Maridaje:
Ideal para acompañar: Maricos en general, pescados como brotola o lenguado.
Esparrajos con salsa golf.
